encouraging\n        their cultural, social and personal development. This initiative created\n        an organisation that has continued to evolve over the years without\n        losing its connection with its origins.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        In 2025, Casperia celebrated the fiftieth anniversary of the Band\u2019s\n        re-establishment: an important milestone built on a passion for music,\n        voluntary commitment and a strong sense of belonging to the community.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <div class=\"vc-band-highlight\">\n        <p>\n            The Band is more than just a musical ensemble: it is a meeting place\n            for different generations and has accompanied Casperia\u2019s civic,\n            religious and social life for decades.\n        <\/p>\n    <\/div>\n\n    <h2>A musical ensemble bringing generations together<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Conducted by Maestro Giuseppe De Simoni, the Band brings together more\n        than thirty musicians. Alongside its most experienced members, young\n        people have the opportunity to begin studying an instrument and gain\n        their first musical experience as part of a group.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        This sharing of knowledge between generations is one of the most valuable\n        aspects of the band tradition. Learning to play together means developing\n        musical skills, as well as listening, discipline, cooperation and respect\n        for others.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        Rehearsals, concerts and parades therefore become opportunities to spend\n        time together and contribute actively to the cultural life of the village.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <h2>The partnership with the Majorettes Group<\/h2>\n\n    <p>\n        Since 1995, the Band has been accompanied by the Casperia Majorettes\n        Group. Their choreography, uniforms and coordinated movements make\n        performances even more engaging, especially during parades and outdoor\n        events.\n    <\/p>\n\n    <p>\n        The partnership between the musicians and majorettes has gradually\n        become one of the group\u2019s most distinctive features.
